I’m Klausi, the guy behind PizzaStunde and PizzaLaden, and I’m really happy you’ve found your way to PizzaStunde.com.

My journey into the world of food started years ago with a deep passion for grilling. Fire, smoke, and perfectly cooked food fascinated me so much that I founded Jonny’s BBQ and later ran a mobile BBQ school. I had the pleasure of teaching countless BBQ enthusiasts how to grill better, with more understanding and more joy.

But there has always been another great love in my culinary life: pizza.

As a passionate pizzaiolo, I’ve spent countless hours working with dough, experimenting with toppings, fermentation, hydration, and searching for the perfect balance between simplicity and flavor. Pizza is honest food – but mastering it takes time, patience, and curiosity.

After sharing my BBQ knowledge through GrillStunde.com, it was only a matter of time until pizza got its own place.

That’s why I launched PizzaStunde.com – a platform dedicated entirely to pizza.

Even though the journey never really ends, the goal is clear:

I want to take you with me into the fascinating world of pizza – from the basics to deeper techniques, from classic styles to modern interpretations, always explained in a practical and approachable way.

PizzaStunde is about learning, experimenting, and enjoying.

PizzaLaden, on the other hand, is where you’ll find the tools and equipment I personally trust and use – because great pizza starts with good ingredients, but it also needs the right tools.
